Refund policy
At Pestix, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and exchange process to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:
1. Damaged Products on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos or videos of the damage to assist us in processing your request. Exchanges are only accepted if the damage occurred during shipping. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for exchange.
2. Returns Within 90 Days (No Reason)
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 90 days of receiving it, provided it is in resellable condition. The product and packaging must be intact. To initiate a return, please email us at mpehtina@gmail.com with photos or videos of the product. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Additionally, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Customer-caused damage is not eligible for a return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact your carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS) to confirm the return shipping cost before sending the product back.
Do not send returns to the original shipping address. We will provide you with a new return address once your request is confirmed.
